The application enables internal and external selling organizations and supply chain partners to quote and sell your products and provide transaction data to back-end systems over the Internet, corporate intranet or extranet.
The CS-eCommerce "storefront" provides Product Catalog, Product Configuration, Order Management, Order Tracking and Order History, along with inventory availability and billing, to your demand-driven supply network—making customer interactions easier, more efficient and more profitable.
CS-eCommerce may be integrated with other CS-Enterprise applications to provide a streamlined enterprise solution, beginning with product search and selection via catalogs, online guided selling and product selection, pricing and documentation. The cycle is completed through engineering, manufacturing and shipment by providing Bills of Material, routings and CAD drawings throughout enterprise systems such as ERP, PDM and CRM.
